Cancellation of the lecture "International Corporate Governance I+II

Due to illness the lecture "International Corporate Governance I+II" will be cancelled tomorrow (July 12th) and the day after tomorrow (July 13th).

For this reason, slides 1- 460 and problem sets 1 and 2 are relevant for the exam (the part International Corporate Governance I+II). Chapters VIII to X are NOT relevant for the exam.

Next week, Professor Betzer will organize a Question and Answer (Q&A) session on July 19th from 14.15 to 15.45. Please send your questions related to the exam no later than July 17th.
